The company has been in existence since May 1998 primarily providing management consulting, accounting, payroll, and tax services. It has since expanded in consulting for local, state and federal agencies. |

S&A takes pride making our clients top priority. Our Customer Relations Management (CRM) program is designed to focus on Customer Need and Feedback. It serves as basis for knowing where we stand with our client base and also win new customers. To accomplish these goals it is imperative to educate all employees about the facets of this program before it’s launched- so they know what to expect, understand their role, and are constantly on the alert for ways to enhance the customer’s impression of us the services we deliver. This program begins with simple day-to-day chores such as how our lobbies or reception area look, how customers are greeted, the accuracy of billing/invoices, the attentiveness to staffing requirements, etc. All of the little things added up form the basis for our client’s impression of us. Everyone is impacted by this program and customer satisfaction is everyone’s responsibility—not just the employees working on a contract! |
